Storyline
Amidst rising gang warfare, the government assigns ruthless cop Hagar? Lakshmi to restore order. Lakshmi confronts gangsters, dismissing them as insignificant, and recounts a tale of underworld strife. In 1945, freedom fighter is betrayed and killed, leaving his wife Tulsa destitute. Her sons, Arkshwara and Sankeshwara, relocate to Jayapura, selling flags to survive. Gang conflicts ensue, involving Khalid, Malik, and Barrera. When Veer Broader contests elections, chaos ensues. Sankeshwara avenges an elderly lady's murder, but Khalid retaliates by killing him. Arkeshwara, seeking vengeance, eliminates a corrupt officer and faces jail. After vanquishing Khalid, rises as a formidable gangster, aided by Veer Bahadur's intervention.
