Storyline
Fatima Ba, formerly known as Sharing Unnikrishnan, shares her harrowing journey as she recounts how she was manipulated into becoming a suicide bomber for ISIS. Her narrative also sheds light on two other non-Muslim nursing students from Kerala who were coerced into carrying out acts of communal "jihad." Synopsis
Fatima Ba, a woman who converted to Islam, recounts her tragic journey from aspiring nurse to ISIS terrorist, culminating in her imprisonment in Afghanistan. Originally named Sharing Unnikrishanan from Kerala, she was abducted and radicalized by religious extremists. During interrogation at the Afghan-Iran border, she discloses her true identity and origin, revealing how she was brainwashed into terrorism.
Sharing stories begins in Kerala, where she lived with her mother and grandmother. While studying nursing in the city, she befriended Nimah Matthew, Patanjali, and Asia. Asia, affiliated with an Islamic Jihadist group, preached the belief in a singular god and religion, instilling fear in Sharing and Patanjali. Sharing, impregnated by Abdul, was coerced into accepting Islam. However, Abdul vanished according to plan, leaving Sharing to marry Iraq for security. Unbeknownst to sharing, she would be illegally trafficked across borders to Syria, destined to become a suicide bomber.
